Submission Requirements
All submissions—including but not limited to images, clinical photographs, videos, case materials, and written content—must be accompanied by a valid and fully executed photo and media release form. Contributors must obtain explicit documented consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in clinical or personal imagery, in full compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
